Weekly Workouts

A lot of you had asked for a place to come back and reference my workouts, so I thought I would start doing a weekly workout blog! I'll link all of my workouts and then share which one was my favorite. With the girls at home full time, 15-25 minutes is all I have time for right now. It's just enough to keep me feeling active and in shape. I also love that the girls can join me! Let me know if you try any of them!


I have 10lb and 3lb dumbbell sets that I used for the workouts.
